Colima Fish Flute - Rare. This example is fully detailed with excellent coloring.
Large head with appliqué eyes. Elongated body with two dorsal, two pectoral, two
anal and a caudal fin. The scales are incised post-firing. Three Finger holes are
located on top (centered) with two bottom holes on the ends. Plays beautifully. Minimal
surface erosion with small amounts of deposits and spotty accretions. Measures 9.375"/23.81cm.
Mounted on custom metal stand. West Mexico, 100 BC - 200 AD.
