Only seen a vary small handful of these graters. One side is embellished with meticulously placed stones for grating and the other side is incised with a pictograph of what looks like a coatimundi masked fisherman with spear. Fish and other objects appear throughout. A great depiction of daily life from the Jamacoaque culture. Fine example. Manta region, Ecuador. 500 BC - 500 AD. Measures 6" in length.
