Sculptured from fine volcanic stone, this artistic and larger sukia (medicine man) crouched down resting his elbows on his raised knees while smoking into a transitional state. Stable hairline fracture behind his right ear otherwise intact and in excellent condition. Guapiles region, Costa Rica. 1000 - 1500 AD. Measures 9.5" tall.
